Has become one of our favorites in EC. Reasonable prices with a large variety of food with combos so you can try new dishes. Not a place to dine in but a great pick up on the way home. Even if busy the longest I waited without calling ahead was 20 minutes. A lot of food for the price. One combo was split between two adults plus we had some left over.

Ordered from this place when stopped at a friends apartment in Chippewa Falls, WI. Had a private delivery service which charged me 12.50 to bring it from Eau Claire, to Chip. Falls. Arrived hot and good. Ate most of the Singapore Mei Fun and had the fried Wontons which were delicious. I would say it is a good place to eat. not fabulous but good.

This place is horrible. I ordered chicken lo mein to go, but there was no chicken! If you want a happy lunch, don't go here.

Cue Twilight Zone music: "I have loved you for a thousand years; I'll love you for a thousand more" NO. That's Twilight: Breaking Dawn. "You are about to enter another dimension, a dimension not only of sight and sound but of mind." You got it! Begin scene with me, submitted for your approval. A mild-mannered, white-collared gentlemen, looking for some ethic sustenance. There is a wafting odor of oil. Unpleasant, one would say. No matter, this bloke was hungry and his food began to make its first appearance. A young Asian man, with all the personality of a post-operative, heavily-sedated David Duchovny, handed the man his food. Something was missing. Something was missing, all right. There were no utensils. The gentlemen noticed that the chow mein was not served in a cone, nor "on-a-stick" so he further investigated this oversight. Asking for chopsticks, the Asian chap stared back in disbelief - almost to suggest that a pasty lad from the suburbs of Wisconsin may have not had any exposure to the complexity of two sticks that were made of wood and not jerked beef. A company man, our protagonist thanked the proprietor and rushed back to his office. He peered excitedly in the bag, barely able to contain himself. As he lifted the probably-not-recyclable lid from the container - there he saw it. Or perhaps it was what he didn't see that startled him so violently that no amount of Xanax would be able to offer solace to our young and attractive hero. THE CHOW MEIN HAD NO NOODLES. THE CHOW MEIN HAS NEVER HAD NOODLES. THE CHOW MEIN WILL NEVER HAVE NOODLES. It's as if our lovable character is the only soul in the world who laughably expected noodles in his chow mein. Fast forward 20 years to the man in a sanitarium, talking to a doll he made from noodles. Fade to black.

Twice I got violently ill from eating their tempura chicken. Noticed their chicken was 1/2 cooked and left in the beverage cooler up front. STAY AWAY.

WORST Chinese I have ever had. They delivered to my hotel room last night...food was cold...they didnt include plastic ware. ..no napkins. Food was very greasy and didnt make any difference that I ordered spicy. ..it wasn.t. Egg drop soup was tasteless. I am from out of state maybe my expectations were high. EC...you can certainly do better! What I really appreciate is that China Wok gave THEMSELVES 2...yes 2...5 star rankings to pad their reviews...lame!

This was just ok... Flavor was bland, spicy isn't spicy at all, very greasy! I also ordered wonton soup which was a little greasy, no flavor and not impressed. I'm new to the area (I'm from Cali) so maybe the Chinese food is different here Idk but this is just not what I'm use to. Bland, boring, greasy. But prices are decent.

Best Chinese take-out in town! Great menu, solid value with good-sized portions. I can get up to four meals out of the General Tso's chicken dish, a little over $2/serving. Prepared right there on the spot, call ahead or stop by and wai only a few minutes for them to prepare it.

Can just average take out food be a four star review? Sure, why not. Edit - Now down to three stars. Based on second visit. Lo Mein is very good. Over use of corn starch to thicken in some meals. China Wok is a (largely) take out place (two tables and a tv is the sit down portion), where you call or walk in, they make your food and you go. Fairly standard chinese, modestly spiced, cooked in front of you. Vegies are crisp, meat portions are abundant. So - fast, decent, cheap. Get's busy on a Friday night, so you might have to wait a bit, but they crank out the food, so the wait will not be that long. I will say their spicy is mild - so if you want it hot, you will have to ask them to punch it up.

Great food. Best takeout in EC. They offer both lunch and dinner specials. Smaller portions are available during lunch hours. Quick takeout times, ready in 5-10 mins tops!

No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions.
